Nicolas Cage accuses his manager for ruining himOctober 17, 2009
American actor Nicolas Cage sued his former manager on the grounds of exposing him to risky investments that led to catastrophic losses.
In a complaint filed Friday in Los Ageles court, the actor says that he realized the “gravity” of the situation after he fired his manager in early 2009.
Several months ago, the U.S. IRS filed an order for payment of $ 6,257,005 on the star’s name, the amount due coming from unpaid taxes in 2007. Nicolas Cage decided to sell Midford Castle in England in order to be able to pay his taxes.
