Lil Wayne is preparing to sit a year behind bars

The rapper pleaded guilty to illegal possession of firearms today in New York and is risking a year behind bars. The U.S. state is known for the very harsh laws in these kind of cases.
Everything pulls back in 2007, when his coach was stopped by police and the singer tried to escape a bag in which it was later found a fire arm.
But his troubles are far from being ended. In 2008 he was caught again in Arizona carrying 105 grams of marijuana, 29 grams of cocaine, 41 grams of ecstasy, hallucinogenic mushrooms and one more firearm.
